What do you think?

Here is quite a well known clip of a video (there is lots more on youtube) of John Chang. Some people laugh others line up for lessons. What do you think? I personally beleive the feats are possible and stand on the fence with him, its the newspaper demo that he does the cause me doubts.

Have a look.

Throwing

Hi all

I am currently really looking into throwing its something I have never really gone deeply into as the arts I have studied previously were more striking based and what they claimed were throws were more basic sweeps. So I am really appreciating the skills some people out there possess, the Sambo guys have some lovely throws take a look and let me know what you think.

The Legendary Ziranmen

Have a look at this clip, what do you think? I really like all I have about this style.

There is a great book available from Alex Kozma about his experience with the style, Ziranmen when his new site is up you should be able to order it. Its an treasure of information on old adepts of the art with interviews from present day practiotioners. In fact anything written by Alex Kozma on his site please just buy it you wont be dissapointed.
