Its great to find good Kung Fu which looks like it will actually do what it was designed for, this I think deffeinately does what its supposed to, take a look I like this vid, courtesy of EF thats where I found it.

Wow, has a lot of similarities to a system I used to study...
too dancy for my simple brain. I can barely cope with head movement, footwork, keeping my hands high etc.
Shuban14 what do you practice? I know what you mean so much to master so little time.
