Such an important quality that can easily be forgotten as the modern world attempts to thrust more and more upon us keeping us busy and never letting the water of our mind a chance to settle and be still. Once we sit in the stillness I don't think we need to be reminded of gratitude as it naturally springs from the stillness as does compassion.
