The wonderful Genki Sudo

Been a long time I am makiong plans and looking to get other blogs up soon that will be representative of the direction I am going in. So for anyone that happens to still check this, thank you and keep watching this space.

In the meantime here is a great highlight reel of one of MMA's bright lights from the early days Genki Sudo followed by the mans music project 'World Order'.

I used to watch Genki before doing a big conditioning session for inspiration.
