Throwing....Its such underused component of modern martial arts in my opinion in my resent studies I have really learnt how little I know and how my whole approach can be changed and improved by understanding and being proficient at throwing. Below is a clip of a old school Judo man showing how it should be done. Again let me have your comments.

His throws and counters are excellent. Not too sure, but it seems to me with the disarms, he jerks a bit beforehand...looks slightly funny, could just be me eyes though...still great stuff. What do you guys think?
