Now have a look at the clip, yes the guy seems a bit hyper but there is some nice movement from the monk, my current favourite of leg hooking, cutting etc so have a look and please if you find some good stuff send me a link.

Judo throwing
Throwing....Its such underused component of modern martial arts in my opinion in my resent studies I have really learnt how little I know and how my whole approach can be changed and improved by understanding and being proficient at throwing. Below is a clip of a old school Judo man showing how it should be done. Again let me have your comments.

Very intersting...... Mr Derren Brown
Hi
I know Derren has been all over TV for a long time but I missed this 1 hour special and only just saw it wow! This really shows you how the mind can be programmed by the unscrupulous Gurus out there. As Derren explains himself its not about attacking any belief but about being forewarned on your on susceptibility to these methods and about WHY we believe what we believe.
Have a look this is part 1 there 8 in total.

Hello all,
Its been a while its been the holiday season and I thought I would take a rest from all forms of work but now I am back. So expect regular posts each week and I welcome any links of weird and wonderful content relating to the aims of this blog, what are the aims? To document the weird wonderful and amazing, at the moment its very early days but we have some trips planned where we can get some first hand video and hopefully interviews. Also in the future we will have our very own DVDs relating to the Internal Arts done in a way I have always wanted to see them but hey that's way off at the moment.
